Elia Kamal Zughaib

Elia Kamal Zughaib studied at Syracuse University, and in 1959 he joined the U.S. Foreign Service to work in Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Kuwait and France until his retirement in 1978. He lives in Alexandria, Virginia.
